Potholes, broken street lights, missing tourism signage and water or power outages all affect how visitors experience Harties. Reports that are logged properly are far more likely to be fixed.

Reporting it

• Report through the municipality’s official call centre or online channel, and always ask for a reference number
• Give an exact location: the road name, nearest landmark or GPS pin
• Add a photo if you can

When to involve HTA

If a problem affects several businesses or stays unresolved after you have reported it, send HTA your reference number. The committee raises recurring issues in its meetings with the municipality, and a list of logged references makes that case much stronger.
